The Dual Picture Sight’s large front bead and rear aperture draw the user’s eye and activates an instinct to align concentric circles. Industry experts have confirmed this sight picture is the easiest to acquire by far.
Under critical stress shooting, where speed is of the essence, you need a sight picture that is easy to pick up and is instantly aligned for a shot.
Should the situation require more precision, a slight change in the firearm’s elevation will align the second sight picture using the thin notch and post to provide pinpoint accuracy. This is optimal for situations such as a long-range shot where large sights would obscure the target or other circumstances where there’s sufficient time, distance, and light.
